Other than our Kindle Books, all orders are fulfilled in PDF form which provides true mobility and portability. With PDFs you can read course material on a PC whenever and anywhere you like using free tools like Adobe Acrobat Reader. When you read a PDF book from the screen, you can use the 'Search' feature. Any word or phrase in a book can be found within seconds. Think about the time it can save you when looking for a particular indicator, phrase, trait description or other topic. It also conserves paper so it is better for the environment. I have gone out of my way to make my books and study courses available to analyst at a much more reasonable price by offering them in PDF on CD's.
It hurts me very much to say, that it has been brought to my attention by honest analysts, that some unscrupulous buyers have copied the CD's to pass on to others, used the material and then returned the CD to me for a refund. I consider this outright theft and for that reason, I regretfully have to decline any refunds for CD orders.

Upon successful completion of your diploma test you will receive a notification via email and your diploma will be mailed to you within eight weeks. In the unlikely event that there should be any problems with the diploma, you have six months from the date of the notification to send a request for rectification. Once that deadline has expired, the diploma will be presumed as delivered. If a diploma has to be re-issued because of faulty information by the graduate (name, address etc.) there will be a $15 re-issure charge.
