Secure Order For Graphology Books and Courses
Here are a few things to remember:
Dr. Erika Karohs takes your online security very seriously and transactions on this site are protected by a 256-bit Secure Socket Layer encryption. Please be assured that all financial information is deleted as soon as your order has been processed. We will only retain information specific to enrolment, testing and graduation. If we do send an email you will always be given the opportunity to unsubscribe to mailings. If you have any concerns about your financial or other personal data, please feel free to contact us.
PDF ORDER
Other than our Kindle Books, some materials are fulfilled in PDF form which provides true mobility and portability. With PDFs you can read course material on a PC whenever and anywhere you like using free tools like Adobe Acrobat Reader. I have gone out of my way to make my books and study courses available to analyst at a much reasonable price by offering them in PDF on CD’s.
It hurts me very much to say, that it has been brought to my attention by honest analysts, that some unscrupulous buyers have copied the CD’s to pass on to others, used the material and then returned the CD to me for a refund. I consider this out right theft and for that reason, I regretfully have to decline any refunds for CD orders.
BOOKS ORDER
We are making great efforts to supply only high quality material to all of our customers, and we are diligent in shipping study materials promptly; and we are shipping all orders at our own expense. In the unlikely case that any of the material should be defective, the item may be returned and a refund requested within 90 days from the date of purchase. Returned material must be in original condition, and refunds will only be given for defective items.
Graphology is not an exact science and, like psychology, there are several schools of thought representing different major theories in the field, foremost among them the trait stroke or the Gestalt approach.
Our study materials are based upon principles developed and taught by renowned and recognized graphologists or graphology schools. Our teaching materials and the approach we are using are not only extensively and clearly explained on our website, we are usually sending extensive catalogues, including pictures of the study materials, upon a customer’s inquiry about certain books or courses. For that reason, no refunds can be given on the grounds that a customer does not agree with the content of our study materials.
