Diploma mailings to India
A disproportionally large number of diplomas seemingly do not arrive at their destination in India.
Starting immediately, diplomas to India will be sent with proof of mailing. This, then, finishes the responsibility of the KAROHS International School of Handwriting Analysis®.
Requested remailings of the diploma will be handled only at student’s expense. The fee for re-issuing and re-mailing of a diploma will be $25.00.
India Sales Stopped Permanently
December 31, 2014
As of January 1, 2015, all India Sales will be discontinued permanently.
There will be no exceptions. So please don’t ask.
We know there are many fine, honest people in India. Those we respect, and we would have liked to keep offering our materials and services to them.
Unfortunately, there are also those with very little respect for intellectual copyright and with little personal integrity. This includes the people whom we had hired to represent us and safeguard our rights.
With mounting evidence about illegal copying and outright theft of our materials in our hands, we have decided to close down sales in India permanently.
How does this affect enrolled students?
Enrolled students (with an enrollment confirmation from us) will not be affected.
Enrollment confirmation
We had sent two email messages asking students to confirm their enrollment. Most of them have complied. The few who have not responded still have a chance to do so until January 15, 2015.
If you do not have an enrollment confirmation (they were sent out as e-mail messages), write to https://www.karohs.com/contact-us/.
The January 15, 2015 deadline is firm. No more Enrollment Confirmation requests will be accepted after that date.
Do not write if you already have an enrollment confirmation. You are listed as confirmed in our files.
Test submission and support
Enrolled students will continue to receive full support with their study questions and can submit their tests for grading and diplomas.

Deadlines for course completion
The deadlines for completing courses for enrolled students are as follows:
Beginner’s Diploma course – July 1, 2015.
Evaluated Traits Course – July 1, 2015.
Comprehensive and SSS courses – October 31, 2015.
These deadlines are firm. No tests will be accepted after these dates.

He no longer has the authority to sell any of the products of the KAROHS International School of Handwriting Analysis® or interact with students in any manner, except to notify them of his termination.

By taking away India sales from dishonest resellers, enrollments will forthwith take place solely through the KAROHS School, instead of through illegal “schools,” portals, or franchises, using the Karohs name and reputation to enhance their own profit and significance.

You can upload your test papers by following the instructions on the website.
Test and Diploma tracking
We understand that you are eager to get the test results. You will be informed when the test has been received and also when the diplomas have been mailed.
Experience has shown that it can take 6 weeks for the mail to get the diplomas to you. We have no control over customs.
Wait at least 6 weeks from the mailing date before you write to us to track the diploma.
Books are available in printed form only.

HOW WILL this AFFECT YOU AS A STUDENT?
We understand that this message may cause some of you to be concerned about your enrollment status and the continuation of your studies.
This message serves to reassure you that your studies will not be affected in any way. You have not been abandoned. Starting immediately, all student matters will be handled by the KAROHS International School of Handwriting Analysis® directly. Most likely, you will find that dealing directly with the KAROHS school will greatly enhance and improve many aspects of your student experience.
What will students have to do?
At this time, students don’t have to do anything.
Within the next two weeks (but not later than September 5, 2014) all students/graduates enrolled by Mr. Pradeep K.U as Representative of the KAROHS school (formerly ISHA) will receive an email message confirming their enrollment status.

Test and Diplomas:
All tests submitted to us by Mr. Pradeep have been returned directly to the students and diploma have been issued.
The students have been notified in a special email from us that the diplomas have been mailed.
Sales
Starting immediately until September 15, 2014, there will be a moratorium on all sales in India. After that date, sales will be handled by the KAROHS International School of Handwriting Analysis® directly, rather than through the former graphology-India website–or the other non-authorized websites advertising KAROHS products illegally. We will make a timely announcements on our website www.karohs.com advising prospective customers that sales are being resumed.

No opening for the Reseller position in India
Since the announcement about the termination of the Indian Reseller, we are having a deluge of emails from people wanting to become the next Reseller.
As we have announced in our statement, all India matters will henceforth be handled by the KAROHS International School of Handwriting Analysis® directly.
So please do NOT send an inquiry or application letter for this position, or about the possibility of becoming a Reseller later on. There is and there will be NO OPENING until an undetermined time.
